The room was well-equipped with plenty of storage and a nice supply of tea and coffee. I loved relaxing in the lovely garden area, where I could enjoy a good book or a cup of tea, and the patio was a great spot for soaking up the sun. The only thing I noticed was that the curtains didn’t block all the light, but it didn’t bother me too much. 😊

Very friendly and attentive staff, everything exceptionally clean.
Location next to Euro Tunnel as well as local tourist attractions. Again, walking distance to a municipal park. Comfortable and perfect location, airy rooms with comfy bed. Savoury food in the restaurant, gorgeous and marvellous breakfast with toast fantastic.

easy access to parks and local landmarks for a perfect stroll
The location near Lower Leas Coastal Park, just under 2 km away, and fine views of various landmarks from Leas Promenade were perfect for my weekend walks. It's a charming area where I could feel the essence of Folkestone while being greeted by friendly hosts.

charming garden, spacious rooms, convenient walking distance to train station
Small ensuite bathrooms could use some expansion!!! Lack of full-length mirrors is quite inconvenient for getting ready!!! A few more power outlets would surely enhance the guest experience!!!

Owners Mick and Shelley offered warmth and made us feel at home. The bed was a bit too springy for comfort.

The room was quite cold upon arrival, and the pillows were flatter than expected. I can't believe there was no welcome gift to compensate for the chilly experience. I honestly almost gave a good review, but the lack of special treatment really left a bitter taste. It's just unacceptable for a place that claims to be a hotel!

The owners were super friendly. Our family room was super clean and had everything we needed. We even relaxed in the beautiful garden one afternoon. Highly recommend checking out the coastal park nearby for a scenic walk.
The only downside was that the bathroom was quite small, a bit tricky for us to get ready comfortably.
